Amazing beautiful soft hair, easy to manage, and not to expensive!
I do hair reviews and I decided to try this hair out. I paid for this out of my pocket. I just feel like the best way to truly leave a review is if the company does not know that you will be leaving one on YouTube or Instagram etc. I wanted to wait until I washed it before I left a review. I must say that this hair is soft and amazing. It did not tangle and it retained the waves after the wash. I will definitely recommend this hair to anyone. I purchased three bundles of 16inch Brazilian body wave with a 14" closure. I spent a month doing research and watching videos and going to different sites before I made my decision. I hope that this hair does last for multiple use.

- 30 Days: Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description. Please feel free to contact our email above, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
- Contact us First: Please contact customer service if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
- Authorized: Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package. After the return request has been authorized, the hair can be shipped back to the address we gave you.
