  • Order Processing Time: Packages will be shipped out within 24-48 working hours, If you place the order on Sunday or Chinese holidays, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. In some cases, the delivery may take a little longer than stated due to customs clearance. 
  • Shipping time:  3-5 Working Days to USA/Canada With FedEx / DHL Shipping; 5-7 Working Days to European Counties With FedEx / DHL/ DPEX Shipping; 5-10 Working Days to Other Countries With  DHL/ DPEX

    1. Express doesn't accept any address with P.O.Box

    2. Please Ensure Your Address Is Correct,Changing Address After Parcel Left Factory Will Cause Extra 15$ When Delivered.

  • We're not responsible for the following situations 

    1. Shipping address is incorrect, FedEx won't able to find it. 

    2. Nobody was able to sign for the package, FedEx left the package at front door, package was stolen.

    3. Signed by someone else you don't know which means malicious stolen.

  • We'll be responsible and full refunding for these circumstances 

     We put wrong address which didn't match your given address

  • Customs Tax

    It is decided by the different country is policy and should be paid by buyer.you could leave us a message about the value you wan not us to write when placing the order.usually we write the hair as wig sample and lower value just to help you avoid the customs tax as possible as we can, you will get the original hair as your order shows.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

  1. 7 Days: Items returned within 7 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description. Please feel free to contact our email above, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
  2. Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
  3. Contact us First: Please contact customer service if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
  4. Authorized: Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package. After the return request has been authorized, the hair can be shipped back to the address we gave you. 
  5. Refund: The refund will be arranged within 3 days after we got the returned package. If you paid by PayPal balance you'll get money once we refunded. If you paid by credit card, bank card or debit card, you will get the payment within 7-15 days.
