This wig is definitely gorgeous and so soft to touch!!! I am in love with it. First of all, my hair came before the expected arrival date which I'm very impressed despite the fact we are going through the pandemic. The hair is true to its colour which is definitely blonde, it's very much true to its length which I got 22 inches. I run my fingers through it 10 times to see if I notice any shedding and there was none. The lace will definitely melt in my skin beautifully because I'm very skeptic of that when purchasing wigs. Definitely impressed with the quality and service. I will be purchasing again in the near future

- 30 Days: Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description. - Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
- Contact us First: Please contact customer service if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
- Authorized: Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package. After the return request has been authorized, the hair can be shipped back to the address we gave you.
