I ordered this wig on a Friday night and needed it by a Thursday ... let the seller know and it was here by Tuesday! I used this wig for a vintage style photoshoot and I’m so glad about the choice I made. The hair is absolutely gorgeous. I did not bleach the knots not did I pluck anything and look how natural it still looked. The hair is so soft, silky, full and luxurious. Super impressed.

hair is beautiful , well packaged and I adore the frontal. The knots aren't that big so I don't bleach them. The hair hardly sheds and pattern well . It's thick and beautiful. Thank you
I trust Eullair to deliver great lace in a very short amount of time. I bought this hair for prom and the texture after a few washes is still great. Rather frizzy, but consistently soft. I only washed so much because I bleached the ends. Unfortunately this hair does not bleach well at all and it took a considerably long time to get any change. After that workout I do appreciate the pretty brown it turned. Definitely not on the way to any blonde though lol. Overall I love Eullair but I’m not sure it’s 100%. I’ve had my other wig for 6 months now and it all holds up very well. Worth the buy every time.

- 30 Days: Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description. Please feel free to contact our email above, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
- Contact us First: Please contact customer service if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
- Authorized: Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package. After the return request has been authorized, the hair can be shipped back to the address we gave you.
- Refund: The refund will be arranged within 3 days after we got the returned package. If you paid by PayPal balance you'll get money once we refunded. If you paid by credit card, bank card or debit card, you will get the payment within 7-15 days.
