wow this hair is pretty amazing especially for it price. I purchased the 22,20,18 & 16 inch straight hair. Extensions were true to length, no horrible smell either. So far I have had minimum shedding& I comb and flat iron a lot. It has been about 3weeks & still loving the hair. I only used 3 bundles out of 4. so yes tge bundles are thick. I received my hair within 3 days of me ordering & the tracking was fairly easy through Ups. The seller was very nice & quick to respond to any questions I needed answered. Also, kept track of my order & constantly updating information. I am very rough on hair so my only issue is a small tangling from sleeping at night. lol trying to fingure out a better technique for that. Oh The hair flat irons very well for me even on low heat. I have washed my hair & the hair still is doing great for me. So I am a satisfied customer. By the way the hair took the dye very well & still no issues.

This hair is great so far! Little bit of annoying shedding but that’s all hair , not to much to where u would want to take it out. Only sheds when combing, other than that it’s great! I got 3 bundles “22”, with a closure “20”. Hair had complications getting to me due to address change so it was my fault it took so long ! They shipped very quickly so we had to restart process with correct address!

- 30 Days: Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description. Please feel free to contact our email above, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
- Contact us First: Please contact customer service if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
- Authorized: Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
